Presented by Shawn Wierzbowski
There is a shortage of CLS talent in the market but each lab suffers from different degrees of understaffing. Part 1 will be on examining why CLS leave jobs and what they look for, part 2 will be on best practices and strategy's to attract CLS, part 3 will focus on retention and I will share reasons CLS don't want to leave certain roles.
