ASCLS Constituent Leader Institute is a hybrid online/live constituent leader education program that efficiently delivers critical, tactical information and provides a dynamic environment for networking and peer-to-peer learning.

The goals of the Constituent Leadership Institute are:

• Develop more effective constituent society leaders. Effective leaders will create an environment where constituent leader positions are sought after opportunities
• Engage constituent society leaders in the implementation of best practices. Consistency leads to higher performing constituent groups. High performing constituent groups retain higher percentages of members.

These online modules compliment the Constituent Leaders Symposium, a live, peer-to-peer learning experience open to all current and future constituent society leaders held during the ASCLS Annual Meeting. These modules last less than 15 minutes each and are developed and presented by ASCLS leaders and professional staff. Modules will be updated and added as needs are identified. In addition to the presentations, references and other tools are provided within the modules. Those references and other tools are also stored in the ASCLS Connect Community Resource Libraries.
